Merry Christmas

I hope everyone is enjoying their Christmas day with family and friends. We are enjoying  the nice weather here in Indio. We drove over last Wed. afternoon. Since we left the RV on the lot last time we were here anticipating coming back over Christmas, we drove the Tesla this time (we will be leaving the RV again until our next trip). It took us a bit longer driving here as we didn’t notice that the charging rate was quite low in Buckeye, so it took us longer to get enough charge to get to Quartzsite.

We’ve just been hanging out doing yard work (pulling weeds), some cleaning but mostly just enjoying beautiful 70 degree afternoon temps playing golf, then our evening boat cruise. Over the past month I knitted an afghan for our new place (this is the first time I’ve ever knitted) and finished it just in time to display on our sofa.  As you can see the Moon Wine Bar is now officially open and our cruises have been smooth sailing.

The Canadian Geese flew over and thankfully did not stop for a visit (they are messy birds), the sun gives us nightly shows and the hot air balloons make their morning appearances.

Our Christmas will be quiet with our morning walk and afternoon golf and evening cruise. We cheated and grilled our ham already so we could enjoy the leftovers all this week, so our dinner will be minimal today (leftover ham).

We wish everyone a happy holiday season wherever you may be!

    Jim & Linda,
Merry Christmas from a much colder climate in Wisconsin❗️☃️ Your afghan looks really nice on the sofa. Super photos!
